Our multi-sport program introduces children to the fundamentals of 10 sports in a fun non-competitive environment, helping them to develop physical literacy, learn about nutrition and muscle identification, and master 6 key motor skills.

Program Overview

Amazing Athletes is the leading year-round developmental physical fitness program empowering children aged 2 ½ to 6 years old to reach developmental milestones and progress at their own pace. During our 30-35 minute weekly classes, children learn the importance of patience, teamwork, and self-confidence in a nurturing learning-based environment.

We make learning fun with the help of our Muscle Zoo and Powers Family characters. Each week, Kardio Kangaroo and his Muscle Zoo friends introduce 1 of 10 muscles with activities and exercises while the Powers Family shares the nutritional benefits and “Super Powers” of fruits and veggies.
