Hi-yah! With the help of our Muscle Zoo friends, we teach the fundamentals of martial arts in this high-energy progression-based program.

Designed to teach the FUNdamentals of baseball, while helping kids to build self-confidence, embrace teamwork & develop sportsmanship, all while having fun!

Class Overview

Our classes are fun and constantly evolving so each child progresses in skills over the course of the year. Learn

We make learning fun with the help of our Muscle Zoo and Powers Family characters. Each week, Kardio Kangaroo and his Muscle Zoo friends introduce 1 of 10 muscles with activities and exercises while the Powers Family shares the nutritional benefits and “Super Powers” of fruits and veggies.

Perform

We focus on multiple areas of motor development to ensure each child is proficient in their motor-skills by the time they reach primary school.
