Campers will get the opportunity to enjoy the sprawling greens of PCVST and the many different playgrounds, sports fields, and open spaces all within a contained environment. As well as select indoor/covered spaces around the property.

Our campers range from ages 3 to 12 years old and are broken into groups based on their ages. Children need to be 3 years old by their first day of camp and must be fully toilet trained. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any children who are still in the process of toilet training. Please feel free to reach out to our staff to discuss this further if necessary.

StuyTown Summer Camp allows friend requests, and we will do our best to accommodate. We can not 100% guarantee that the friend request will be granted, as many factors are taken into consideration when groups are created.

Yes, Amazing StuyTown Summer Camp is pleased to offer a sibling discount to families. Each family will receive a $30 discount on each additional camper registered after the first child. Discounts only apply to siblings registered for the same weeks. 

StuyTown Summer Camp is only offered as a weekly option.

Bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, NUT FREE lunch and water bottle. Amazing StuyTown Camp will provide a morning snack for all campers as well as an afternoon snack for full-day campers, along with plenty of water hydration throughout the day. 

Yes! Scheduled water activities will take place on the camp-designated grounds of Playground 3 and additional water playground areas. These activities may include slip and slide, sprinklers, and other water-based games.

Campers should wear outdoor athletic sneakers and comfortable clothes that they can play games and do activities in. 

Amazing StuyTown Summer Camp has a Health Director on site and a majority of the team is First Aid, AED, and CPR certified. In addition, Stuyvesant Town/StuyTown Summer Camp is staffed with full-time Public Safety Officers and a first aid station on the premises. 

All families of children with severe allergies must send the Epi-pen with their child to camp on the first day, clearly labeling it. Families should speak to the camp directors about the specific allergies so that we are able to educate their child’s specific counselors. All campers with an Epi-pen will need to know how to self-administer.  In the case of an emergency, our team will conduct hand-over-hand assist with the Epi-pen.

For Camp sessions that begin in June:
Cancellations may be made up until May 1st with a $100 cancellation fee per registered week. The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after May 1st for any sessions beginning in June.

For Camp sessions that begin in July:
Cancellations may be made up until June 1st with a $100 cancellation fee per registered week. The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after June 1st for any sessions beginning in July.

For Camp sessions that begin in August:
Cancellations may be made up until July 1st with a $100 cancellation fee per registered week. The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after July 1st for any sessions beginning in August. 

There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, weather, or any other reason, including moving, unexpected circumstances, etc. 

Beginning May 1st, there will be a $60 change fee for any granted requests to switch between registered weeks. All week changes are subject to availability. All change requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the original registered week. Camper change dates are limited to a one-change-per-child policy. Any changes made prior to May 1st will be accommodated pending availability, one change per child.

Pick-up must be made by 4:15 pm for a regularly scheduled full camp day to avoid a $25 late fee. If you feel you will be arriving at the camp after that time, we welcome you to join our Aftercare program. 

Aftercare will run from 4-6pm for a fee of $125 per week/$25 per day.

Yes, so long as there is room in the full day program for that specific week. Changes from half days to full days will need to be made for the entire week and cannot be accommodated on a daily basis. Please inform the staff of your request via email at stuytown@amazingathletes.com by Friday at 8:00am for the coming week request.
