Withdrawal: Year-Round Preschool Programs
At Amazing Athletes, Little Rookies, and Karate Zoo NW of Austin, we are committed to providing high-quality enrichment programs for every child. To ensure consistent staffing, scheduling, and program availability, the following withdrawal and refund policies apply. Our preschool enrichment programs operate year-round, with tuition billed monthly. • Withdrawal Notice: Families may withdraw at any time by submitting a written withdrawal request at least 7 calendar days before the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. • Late Withdrawal Requests: Requests received fewer than 7 calendar days before the end of the month will become effective at the end of the following month, and the following month's tuition will remain due. • Non-Refundable Tuition: Tuition already paid for the current month is non-refundable, including any remaining classes after a withdrawal request is submitted. • Automatic Payments: Monthly tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of each month unless a timely withdrawal request has been received and processed.
Withdrawal: Seasonal Programs
This policy applies to seasonal programs, including park-based classes, after-school enrichment, and other programs offered for a defined number of weeks. • Withdrawal Within the First 7 Days: Families who submit a written withdrawal request within the first 7 calendar days of the season are eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of classes remaining after the withdrawal request is received. Any classes already held and applicable registration fees are non-refundable. • Withdrawal After the First 7 Days: Once the first 7 calendar days of the season have passed, tuition for the remaining season is non-refundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal date. • Missed Classes: No refunds or credits will be issued for individual absences or unused classes outside the initial 7-day withdrawal period.
Absences and Missed Classes
Tuition reserves your child's place in the program. Refunds or credits are not provided for individual absences, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or missed classes. Classes canceled by our organization due to weather, facility closures, or other circumstances will be handled according to the applicable program's cancellation and make-up class policy.
How to Request a Withdrawal
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to nwaustin@soccerstars.com. Please include your child's full name, program location, and requested withdrawal date. Withdrawal requests are effective based on the date the written notice is received, subject to the applicable notice requirements above. Verbal requests made to coaches or school staff do not constitute official withdrawal notice.
Additional Terms
Registration fees are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion, subject to applicable law. By enrolling in our programs, families acknowledge and agree to the applicable withdrawal and refund terms.
Monthly Tuition

Annual Registration Fee
For insurance purposes, all athletes are required to re-register annually. A registration fee will be due upon your initial enrollment and again at the beginning of each school year. The annual registration fee covers all administrative and equipment related expenses for the year. In addition, each child enrolled in Amazing Athletes will receive a FREE limited edition T-Shirt in the mail.
