Policies
Monthly Tuition:
*Tuition is due monthly on the 1st of each month and covers 4 weekly classes. Your monthly tuition will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. If you enroll in the middle of the month, your first monthly tuition will be prorated from the date you enroll. Declined/late payments are subject to a late fee. *When you pay for a month of Amazing Athletes, you are paying for the customary 4 classes in a month. Some months have 5 classes due to the calendar. We offset these "extra" classes with scheduled "off weeks" throughout the year. Amazing Athletes classes are automatically canceled during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Break, and 4th of July.
Annual Registration Fee:
*The annual registration fee will be charged once upon enrollment and at the beginning of each new academic year. Each child enrolled in Amazing Athletes will receive a FREE T-Shirt. New T-Shirts are handed out each September that follows.
Attendance:
*No refunds will be given for classes missed due to child absence or canceled by the hosting location. We do our best to extend or provide make-up classes for any classes missed due to weather, coaching absences, or school closures.

Attire:
*Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for class by having them wear their Amazing Athletes T-Shirt and tennis shoes for running, jumping, kicking, and more!
Withdraw:
*Amazing Athletes is a year-round program. Should you need to withdraw your child from the program, a two week written notice is required. Please email directly to CentralTX@amazingathletes.com.
