Amazing Athletes Sessions at Local Parks and Rec Centers
Amazing Athletes teaches the fundamentals of eight different sports and advances six key areas of motor development. Each class focuses on two different sports, in addition to mini-lessons, on muscle identification and nutrition. Coaches break down each sport-based skill into simple steps based on each child’s age and ability. Children learn the importance of patience, teamwork, and self-confidence in a non-competitive, learning-based environment that fosters a love of healthy living. Their excitement for structured physical activity promotes advancements and advantages that keep children on the path to personal well-being. Amazing Athletes classes are a great way for children to play different sports and learn what they love!

Summer Camps
Amazing Athletes Sports Discovery Camp is a sports-based camp designed to keep children active and engaged through fun games and interactive sports lessons. The sports we focus on are: soccer, baseball, football, basketball, lacrosse, and hockey. In addition to sports skills, we have fun with activities that help gain speed, agility, flexibility, muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, hand-eye coordination, balance and more! All of the sports activities are skill based rather than competition based. The Sports Discovery Camp is designed to allow children of all athletic levels and abilities to participate. Many of the activities are partner based or team based to allow for maximum opportunities to develop pro-social behaviors and positive movement experiences.
