The following are the general Policies and Procedures for most Amazing Athletes providers.

Exact polices and procedures for your provider can be found on their local webpage.

Registration

Online:

The easiest way to enroll your child in an Amazing Athletes program is to register online using the ‘Register Now’ feature. Use the map to find a participating location near you.

On-Site

Download, complete, save, and print this registration form. Drop your completed from off at your participating location.

By E-Mail:

Download, complete, and save this registration form. Attach the completed from to an e-mail and send to info@amazingathletes.com.

By Phone:

A phone call to your local provider will easily get you set up with all the information you need to enroll your child in an Amazing Athletes program.

General Amazing Athletes Class Policies:

Tuition Costs:

  • Tuition for all Amazing Athletes Programs is due by the 1st of the month and covers 4 classes.
  • Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $10.00* late fee.
  • Any returned checks will incur a $20.00* NSF fee.

 

Annual Registration:

  • For insurance purposes all children are required to re-register annually.
  • There is annual registration fee charged immediately upon enrollment and then again each September that follows.
    • FREE limited edition T-Shirts are distributed upon enrollment and then again each September.
    • Registration Fee covers all insurance and administrative expenses for the year.

 

Holidays and Absences:

  • No Refunds will be given for classes missed due to absence or public holidays
  • At the providers discretion, missed classes may be made up see your provider for details.

 

Program Withdrawal:

  • A two-week written notice is required to withdraw your child from any Amazing Athletes Program.
  • The notice should be dropped off at the program location or e-mailed directly to your local provider.
