Amazing Athletes North Inland, SoCal

Jennifer Keller, Owner

Hello, I’m Jenn or Coach Jenn as my little friends call me and I LOVE Amazing Athletes. I joined the company in 2009 as a coach working part time while attending college to become an elementary school teacher. I quickly fell in love with the program and have been a part of it ever since. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State University, San Marcos in 2013 I decided to become a franchise owner and Amazing Athletes of North Inland was born. I could not think of a better way to combine my knowledge of teaching and physical education with my passion for young children.

As the owner I work to ensure that every child that comes through the program has a positive first experience with sports. We aim to build meaningful relationships with all the children and work with them at their own level. Our athletes know the importance of keeping their hearts healthy and their muscle’s strong. I am proud of my team and the impact we are making with the local youngsters. HEALTHY HABITS START YOUNG!

Coach Liz

Hi my name is Elizabeth Nelson, I’m 32 years old and originally from Riverside, California. Growing up as a kid in Southern California, I was involved in many different sports. At the age of 12, I found my passion of racing motorcycles. My parents bought me my first bike and from then on I was hooked. In 2004 I graduated from Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California and also moved from an amateur to a professional motocross racer. I have accomplished many goals that I have set for myself. I was able to travel the country for many years racing and doing what I love. I won several motocross titles including a medal at the X Games.  A few years ago I decided it was time to get back to school. I received a certification in American Sign Language along with an associate’s degree at the local junior college. In 2016 I graduated from University of Phoenix with my Bachelors in Psychology. I now live in Ramona California with my husband and his three kids. I have always had a passion and love for working with young children.

Coach Chris

Hello, my name is Christopher Delacruz. I am twenty-eight years old and have three beautiful children. I grew up locally in Southern California where I played every sport possible since the weather was perfect year-round. My favorite sport though was soccer, I played in high school and for a local club team. After high school I decided to join the army and spent a total of nine years in. During that time, I spent a lot of time away, so I recently transitioned out to spend more time with my children. Once I got out and was able to be around my children more I realized that I had a love for children and sports. I then started coaching my son’s soccer team and began my studies in child education. I currently have my Associates in Arts-Social and Behavior Sciences and am working on my bachelor’s at Cal State San Bernardino. I am still a huge sports fan and love the outdoors. My weekends are always busy, I am either at the soccer field with my son or in the gym with my daughters who do gymnastics. That being said, whenever we get a free chance from sports my family and I either camp, fish or hike. We love to stay active and have fun.

Coach Meghan

My name is Meghan Fatur and I am from Fallbrook, CA. I grew up as one of the oldest of five children, so I’ve been playing and working with young children for MANY years. After graduating from Fallbrook High, I headed off to attend the University of Notre Dame where I earned my bachelor’s degree in business. Shortly after graduation, I married my college sweetheart, Tom, and started a short lived career in the banking world. Realizing that business was NOT my passion, I left my banking job and began teaching preschool by day and earning my Early Childhood Education credential by night. Once I received my credential from Cleveland State University, I started my dream job teaching kindergarten. As much as I had enjoyed teaching preschool, I loved kindergarten even more! After teaching for several years, I left to stay home and raise my children-Erin (14), Brendan (11) and Riley (6).
Now that my children are growing up, I am excited to be working with children again as an Amazing Athletes coach. In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, reading, and most of all, spending time in the mountains skiing, hiking and being with my family.
