Monthly Tuition will be auto drafted on the 1st of each month and covers 4 classes each month. If a month has 5 weeks we will not have class that week. We reserve that 5th week for make up classes as needed. *This does not pertain to schools that offer classes as an 8 or 10 week session. The annual registration fee will be charged once upon enrollment and at the beginning of each academic year.
NO refunds for absences or classes that land on public holidays. We will do our best to reschedule classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather, coaching absences or classes cancelled by the hosting location if there is a 5th week available.
You can request to pause classes or withdraw from the program directly from your account in the Parent Portal. This must be done prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged tuition for the upcoming month. A two week notice is required in order to withdraw from our program. Enrollment can be paused if your child will be out longer than one month.
All students must be registered online and create an account with Amazing Athletes in order to participate in class each week.
