Monthly tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month and reserves your child’s spot in class. Amazing Athletes operates on a monthly enrollment basis, with classes scheduled weekly. While most months include four classes, tuition is based on enrollment and not the exact number of classes held in a given month. In months with a fifth week, classes are typically not held and that week may be used for makeups as needed. This does not apply to schools operating on set 8- or 10-week sessions. In months where classes begin late or end early due to a school’s schedule (such as September or June), tuition will be adjusted based on the number of classes offered.
There are no refunds or credits for student absences or classes that fall on public holidays when the school is closed. Tuition is a monthly fee that reserves your child’s spot, regardless of attendance or scheduled closures. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, coach absence, school closure, or school-requested events (such as picture day, performances, or other activities), we will make every effort to offer a makeup class when scheduling allows. Makeups are not guaranteed and are dependent on availability, typically during a fifth week if one is available.
If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, you may do so through your Parent Portal. Withdrawal requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required. If your child will be out for an extended period of four or more consecutive weeks, you may request a temporary pause in enrollment. Pauses must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Approved pauses may be granted for up to eight weeks. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that a child’s spot in the same class, day, or time will be held during a pause. If a pause exceeds eight weeks, re-enrollment will be required based on current availability.
All students must be registered online and have an active account in order to participate in class. Students who are enrolled through a school’s enrichment program and billed directly by the school are still required to complete registration through the Amazing Athletes website prior to participating in class. This ensures all required waivers, emergency contact information, and student details are on file. An annual registration fee is charged upon initial enrollment and again at the start of each new school year. Upon enrollment, each child receives an Amazing Athletes t-shirt, which we encourage them to wear to class each week.
Tuition must be kept current in order for a child to participate in class. If a payment is declined or an account becomes past due, the account must be brought up to date before the child can continue participating. Parents can update their payment information at any time by logging into their Parent Portal. We will make every effort to notify families of any billing issues; however, it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure payment information is current. Repeated missed payments may result in removal from the program.
