Policies
Tuition
• Amazing Athletes tuition is due by the 1st of every month. We currently only allow online payments. If you need to make other arrangements please contact us directly. If your payment is not received on the 1st of the month, your card will be charged every subsequent week until payment is received. Payments received after the 5th of the month are considered late and could incur a late fee for repeat offenders. If your payment has not been received by the last day of the month, your child will be unenrolled from the program until the balance is paid. • When you pay for a month of Amazing Athletes, you are paying for the customary 4 classes in a month. However, 4 times a year there is a 5th week in the month. We do not charge for these “bonus weeks” but instead offer them as a buffer in case we have closings due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise at the daycare or school and we are unable to find a suitable make-up day/time. We do our best to let our parents know of any changes we encounter.
Classes/Closures
• Amazing Athletes offices and classes will be CLOSED on the following dates: - Wednesday-Friday of Thanksgiving Week - Christmas Week - National holidays - Days when the daycare or school is closed • No refunds will be given if your child is absent
Withdrawal
• If you need to withdraw your child from the program for any reason, a two (2) week written notice is required. Amazing Athletes is a year-round program, so until a written notice is received, your child will continue to be brought to class and you will be responsible for tuition. An email to Amazing Athletes at eastlouisville@amazingathletes.com is acceptable.
