Policies

Class Attire

All of our Amazing Athletes programs are non-competitive, but that doesn't mean that they are easy! Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for class by having them wear their Amazing Athletes T-Shirt and footwear suitable for running, jumping, kicking, and more!

Attendance

No refunds will be given for classes missed due to child absence or canceled by the hosting location. We will do our best to provide make-up classes for any classes missed due to weather or coaching absences, dependent on facility/location schedule and availability. Credits for future classes may be given for cancellations at our fault that are unable to be made up.

Monthly Tuition

Monthly tuition is auto-drafted on the 1st of the month. If your payment method is declined you will receive an email to update your card on file. If your payment method is not updated within 30 days your child will be removed from the program. Year-round locations are billed the same amount on the first of each month unless a child enrolls mid-month (in which case the first month is prorated). Some months will have more than 4 classes because of how the calendar falls, and some months may have fewer classes due to the holiday schedule (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Spring Break). Monthly tuition will be the same regardless of number of classes per month. Session-based locations will also auto-draft on the 1st of each month but only for the number of classes that will be taught during that month. For session locations, your monthly payment may vary based on the number of classes in that month. (Session-based locations generally follow a limited schedule based on season, school calendar, facility availability, etc.) It is the customer's responsibility to submit a withdrawal request in the case that they no longer wish for their child to participate or their child leaves the school. Annual Registration Fee

Annual registration fees will be due upon your initial enrollment and again each September that follows. For yearly re-enrollments, we will email 5 days prior to processing the fee and will then charge the credit card on file. The annual registration fee covers all administrative and equipment-related expenses for the year. In addition, each child enrolled in Amazing Athletes will receive a limited edition T-shirt during registration. New T-shirts are handed out each September that follows.

Online Enrollment

Enroll the easy way by browsing our locations and then clicking "Register Now" at your preferred class location to choose your class and complete your online enrollment. After you've enrolled, you can review our payment page for more information on how monthly tuition is paid.

Withdrawal

You can cancel your enrollment in Amazing Athletes at any time with proper 7 day advance notice. To cancel enrollment, please login to your account page at the top of our homepage by clicking "My Account." Once logged into your My Account page, click the blue "Actions" button and select "Withdraw." Please input the date of withdrawal as well as your reason for withdrawing. Once you've alerted us to your child's last day participating, your account will be active until the end of the requested withdrawal month. It is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to withdraw your child from Amazing Athletes. Refunds will not be issued for any child requesting a withdrawal after the first of the month. ***REMINDER - We do NOT accept emailed withdrawal notifications. To eliminate confusion, you must withdraw via the My Account page.***
