Policies and Procedures

Attendance: No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed due to child absence or cancelled by the hosting location/school. We will do our best to provide make-up classes for any classes missed due to weather or coaching absences. Tuition: Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month and covers 4 weekly classes. Withdraw: Two weeks’ notice is required to withdraw from the program. You can cancel your enrollment in Amazing Athletes at anytime by logging into your online account and selecting “Withdraw”. **Please note that your child is not automatically withdrawn from our program if they graduate and/or leave the school. Withdrawing from our program online is required to stop monthly tuition charges. Attire: All of our Amazing Athletes programs are non-competitive, but that doesn’t mean that they are easy! Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for class by having them wear their Amazing Athletes T-shirt and footwear suitable for running, jumping, kicking and more!
