Policies
Monthly Tuition:
Amazing Athletes is a year-round program. The following policy applies: Monthly tuition covers the customary four classes per month. Throughout the year, there are typically four months that have five weeks. We will not hold classes on any given fifth week within a month unless we are to utilize them to help offset holiday weeks when classes are not held, allowing us to maintain consistent monthly tuition throughout the year. Monthly tuition is auto-drafted by your school and covers 4 weekly classes. The first and last month tuition will be prorated based on the enrollment date and in case your child enrolls mid-month. If your payment method is declined, you will receive an email prompting you to update the card on file. Our system will then continue attempting to process the payment at the end of each week throughout the month. Please note that any unpaid balance must be resolved within 30 days. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your child’s registration will be canceled and they will no longer be able to attend sessions until all outstanding payments have been successfully processed. Thank you for your attention to this policy and for helping us keep your child’s enrollment active and uninterrupted.
Annual Registration Fee:
The annual registration fee is due at the time of your initial enrollment and will recur each September thereafter. For yearly re-enrollments, we’ll send an email reminder at least 5 days in advance before charging the credit card on file. This fee covers administrative and equipment-related expenses for the year. As a bonus, every child enrolled in Amazing Athletes will receive a FREE t-shirt, which will be shipped to the address on file each September. Please ensure your mailing address is always up to date. You can make updates anytime by logging into your Parent Portal.
Withdraw:
A two-week written notice is required to withdraw your child from the program. You may cancel your enrollment in Amazing Athletes at any time with a two-week notice in advance. To submit your withdrawal notice, please login to your account page at the top of our homepage by clicking "My Account." Once logged into your My Account page, click the blue "Actions" button beside your child’s name and select "Withdraw." Once you've alerted us to your child's last day participating, your account will be active until the date of withdrawal. By enrolling your child in our program, you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to unenroll your child, not that of the Amazing Athletes staff or the staff of your child’s childcare provider. Please email us directly at sandiego@amazingathletes.com if you have any issues during this process. ***No refunds will be issued due to parent/guardian failure to remove a child from our program. Please note that Amazing Athletes is a year-round program, so until written notice is received, your child will be brought to class and you will be responsible for tuition. The school is NOT responsible for notifying Amazing Athletes of any withdrawal or pause requests.
Pause Requests
If you need to pause your child's enrollment for an extended period, you may do so by selecting the "Pause" option. Please be sure to include the dates of the pause and the reason for your request. All pause requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and before the upcoming billing date (the 1st of each month) to ensure your account is billed correctly. Important: While your child is on pause, their spot in class is not guaranteed. If the class fills during their absence, your child may be dropped from the roster and placed on the waitlist upon their return. If you would like to guarantee your child's spot in class during their absence, tuition payments must continue while they are away. This will reserve their place in the program and ensure they can return to their class without interruption.
Holidays and Attendance:
No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for classes missed due to an athlete’s absence or Public Holidays. If a class needs to be canceled due to a Public Holiday or a last-minute cancellation by the hosting location, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up by extending a class or utilizing a fifth week within the month. However, make-up classes in these circumstances are not guaranteed. Any class canceled by Amazing Athletes or our coaching staff will be eligible for a make-up class. We will work with the school and families to determine the best available option for rescheduling the missed session.
Class Attire:
Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for class by having them wear their Amazing Athletes T-Shirt and footwear suitable for running, jumping, kicking, and more!
