Policies
Monthly Tuition:
Automatic Monthly Tuition is billed ever first of the month and we always prorate the first month. Declined/late payments are subject to a late fee.
Annual Registration Fee:
The annual $25 registration fee is due every September and it covers all administrative and insurance fees. In addition, each child enrolled in Amazing Athletes will receive a FREE team T-Shirt. New T-Shirts are handed out each September and upon payment.
Withdraw:
A 2-week written notice is required for withdrawal from the program by sending us an email with your child's last class date as this will help avoid further charges. Please email us at: sandiego@amazingathletes.com
Attendance:
No refunds will be given for classes missed due to child absence or cancelled by the hosting location. We will do our best to provide make-up classes for any classes missed due to weather or coaching absences.
Class Attire:
Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for class by having them wear their Amazing Athletes T-Shirt and footwear suitable for running, jumping, kicking, and more!
